My name is Felix Picherer, and I am the founder of Chiemgauer Schneidebretter.
My journey began at the age of 15 – with a piece of wood, an idea, and a lot of curiosity.

At 18, I founded my company. Today – nearly five years later – our handcrafted cutting boards can be found in kitchens all over the world.

What started as an experiment in the workshop became a passion and a lifelong mission.

Before I took this path, I was active in competitive sports for many years – as a goalkeeper in the youth performance center, in the highest leagues of youth football. There, I learned what discipline, attitude, and responsibility mean.

These values live in every product that leaves our workshop today.
Because Chiemgauer Schneidebretter is more than a name – it is my foundation.
