Intensivreiniger für Schneidebretter und Holzoberflächen

 

Der Chiemgauer Schneidebretter Tiefenreiniger ist ein hochwirksamer Grundreiniger auf Basis natürlicher Fruchtsäuren. Er eignet sich für behandelte und unbehandelte Holzoberflächen im Innen- und Außenbereich und insbesondere zur intensiven Reinigung stark verschmutzter Schneidebretter.

 

Der Tiefenreiniger hilft dabei, hartnäckige Verschmutzungen und viele Flecken zu entfernen. Vergraute Stellen sowie abgenutzte, öl- oder wachsbehandelte Holzoberflächen werden intensiv gereinigt und gleichzeitig aufgehellt.

 

Darüber hinaus kann der Tiefenreiniger zur Entfernung zerstörter Lasuroberflächen sowie von Algen- und Moosbewuchs eingesetzt werden und dient zur Neutralisation abgelaugter Holzoberflächen.

 

Wichtig: Der Tiefenreiniger besitzt eine bleichende bzw. aufhellende Wirkung und ist kein Abbeizmittel. Bei angeräucherten, gebeizten oder gelaugten Öl/Öl- bzw. Öl/Wachs-Oberflächen kann sich der Farbton verändern und es können helle Stellen entstehen.

 

Anwendungshinweise

Vor der Anwendung unbedingt einen Vorversuch an einer unauffälligen Stelle durchführen.

 

Auf einen gleichmäßigen Auftrag achten. Insbesondere bei farblich behandelten oder empfindlichen Holzoberflächen muss vorab geprüft werden, ob durch die aufhellende Wirkung eine unerwünschte Farbveränderung entsteht.

Metallische Gegenstände vor der Anwendung entfernen oder sorgfältig abdecken.

 

Anwendung auf Schneidebrettern

Den Tiefenreiniger abhängig vom Verschmutzungsgrad mit warmem Leitungswasser mischen.

 

Normale Grundreinigung:
Mischungsverhältnis 1:10

 

Bei besonders starker Verschmutzung:
Die Konzentration kann bis zu einem Mischungsverhältnis von 1:1 erhöht werden.

 

Die fertige Mischung satt auf die Holzoberfläche auftragen und anschließend mit einem geeigneten Pad oder einer Wurzelbürste gründlich einarbeiten.

 

Den Tiefenreiniger nicht auf der Holzoberfläche eintrocknen lassen.

 

Nach etwa 5–10 Minuten die Oberfläche vollständig mit lauwarmem Wasser abwaschen. Bei Bedarf kann der Vorgang wiederholt werden.

 

Wichtig nach der Reinigung

Rückstände des Tiefenreinigers müssen vollständig entfernt werden. Verbleibende Produktreste können die anschließende Behandlung mit dem Chiemgauer Schneidebretter Pflegeöl beeinträchtigen.

 

Das Holz nach der Reinigung vollständig trocknen lassen und die Oberfläche anschließend wie gewohnt für die weitere Behandlung vorbereiten.

 

Arbeitsgeräte nach Gebrauch gründlich mit Wasser reinigen.

Empfohlene Folgebehandlung

Nach der Grundreinigung empfehlen wir für Schneidebretter die Pflege mit:

Im verschlossenen Originalgebinde ist das Produkt mehrere Jahre lagerfähig.

Der Tiefenreiniger ist deutlich sauer. Bei direktem Augenkontakt ist eine geringe Reizung der Augenschleimhaut möglich.

Das Gemisch enthält keine Stoffe, die die Kriterien für eine Einstufung als PBT- bzw. vPvB-Stoff erfüllen.

 

Entsorgung

Vollständig entleerte Gebinde der Wiederverwertung zuführen. Die örtlichen behördlichen Vorschriften zur Entsorgung sind zu beachten.

Answer: Oil the cutting board as needed (for graying, water absorption, or small cracks)

 

1. Cleaning & drying

 

• Clean the cutting board as described

• Let dry completely – store dust-free, grease-free, and dry

 

 

2. Apply oil as needed

 

• Shake care oil vigorously

• Apply care oil evenly on both sides

• Work in with a fine stainless steel sponge or the included fleece in circular motions

 

 

3. Let absorb

 

• Let rest for at least 15 minutes

• Best stored standing on the narrow side

 

 

4. Remove excess

 

• Remove excess with a clean cotton cloth

• Dry polish for optimal sealing

 

 

Drying time & conditions

 

• 8 hours at approx. 20 °C room temperature

• Relative humidity: 40–60 %

(The drier the air, the better the result)

 

Important:

Do not use the cutting board while drying.

The care oil may emit a slight natural odor during this time.

 

 

Care oil – Application & storage

 

• Shelf life: 2 years in the sealed original container

• Coverage: approx. 1l per 100m2

• Processing temperature: not below 16 °C

• Storage after transport: let rest at room temperature for at least 24 hours

Reinigungsmittel ist super, aber es war sehr schlecht verpackt. Der Sprühkopf war lose und ca1/4 des Flascheninhaltes in die Plastiktüte ausgelaufen. Das sollte nicht passieren! Besser verpacken
